On Monday 1st April we held a parent workshop on Wellbeing and Mindfulness. This was an introduction into:
What wellbeing means, how it is linked with academic performance, why wellbeing is a crucial focus for children in today’s modern world, what mindfulness is and how it can support wellbeing, and crucially, strategies that parents can fit into their family lives to support their own and their children’s wellbeing.
